Please carefully note the registration options below. Every Individual attending must be registered and pay $190 per person. Consultant and Industry sponsor only need to pay one sponsorship (at $170 or $695) per Consultant or Industry. Sponsorship does not include Individual registration and payment; every Individual attending must register and pay $190.
Individual attendee - $190 (per person, required of ALL registrants)
Consultant sponsor - $170 (plus individual registration per person attending; everyone attending must also register as an Individual at $190 per person)
Industry sponsor - $695 (plus individual registration per person attending; everyone attending must also register as an Individual at $190 per person). Industry sponsors will have time on the program for presentation(s) and/or show & tell.
Registration includes: Tuesday evening group dinner; and Wednesday Continental breakfast and lunch. Coffee, cold drinks, and snacks for the entire meeting.
PLEASE REGISTER by Tuesday March 4! We need to let the caterer know how many will be attending.

In addition, Consultant and Industry sponsors should reserve a spot (and pay with credit card, $170 Consultant, $695 Industry).
