[Nc140] action items for nc140 members

Jon,

Thor Lindstrom has retired effective July 1, but is planning to work part time with the NC-140 project.  I need to check to see if his usu email will remain active.

Also, Teryl Roper will be taking over the Utah apple rootstock research.  I will continue with the stone fruits.  I think that I will be the official state rep with Teryl and Thor as cooperators.

Hi everyone, as fall is approaching here are a few action items that need your attention as NC140 members:

1.) The NC140 e-mail distribution list has a new address: nc140 at virtualorchard.com<mailto:nc140 at virtualorchard.com>. Note it is .COM now, no longer .net (too many spam issues with virtualorchard.net<http://virtualorchard.net> addresses). Please make a note of that in your address books or whatever.

2.) Attached is a file called nc140list081717.txt. This is a list of all the recipients of e-mail sent to nc140 at virtualorchard.com<mailto:nc140 at virtualorchard.com>. I realize there are a few duplicates, but you need to look at it and let me know your preferred e-mail address (if different than any there, look for duplicates of you) and if there is anyone in particular who should be deleted or added to the list, i.e., they no longer need to receive or should be receiving communication about NC140 activities. OK?

3.) I understand Rob and Rich in PA have the annual meeting agenda ready? Let's get that information out there and to me so I can put on the NC140 website and/or link to it. Thanks.
