[Nc140] apple trial and trials summary

Hello Everybody,

here the file with the summary of the NC140 trials and people involved. 
I have a great level of responses and I really thank you to take the 
time to do it.  I have also 2 good news: Todd Einhorn offer himself as 
coordinator of the next apple rootstocks trials and we have 10 state 
interested in this trial.

I am still waiting an answer from Gennaro about new genotypes from his 
program to include in this trials. I assume he will share this 
information tomorrow during the meeting.
