[Nc140] Annual meeting 2017 in Wenatchee November 14-15

Hello Everybody,
I finalized the organization of the NC140 meeting.
Here all the information to arrange your travel:

Sponsor of the event: NNII, Fieldsman association and WTFRC.

Two days event November 14-15, 2017

Agenda:
Nov 13 Travel Day to meeting
Nov 14 Business meeting 8-noon
               Lunch 12-1 pm
               State Reports 1-5 pm
Nov 15 Business meeting including State Reports 8-11
               Lunch 11-12am
               Noon-3.30 pm Field trip to Sunrise Research Orchard and commercial orchard
Nov 16 Travel Day
The final agenda will be defined.

Location: Confluence Technology Center  (CTC). Address: 285 Technology Center Way #102, Wenatchee, WA 98801.

Hotel: COMFORT SUITES 195 East Penny Road Wenatchee. Close to the convention center (Walking distance) (see the attached map). It is a new Hotel very clean. The best price I was able to obtain is $124.20 + tax per night breakfast included. Phone: (509) 662-1818
Each participant need to reserve the room calling the Hotel and provide his own credit card number. I have reservation for 36 double bedrooms and 16 king bedrooms (the cost is the same). In total 52 rooms. Rooms will be available until October 5th. Reservation is under my name: Stefano Musacchi Nc140 meeting. After October 5th the reservation for the rooms not booked will be cancelled.

Registration fee will be $125. 19. Registration will include: Two days registration, orchard tour and two days lunch.
Registration will be on Brown paper ticket and will start July 15, 2017. I booked a medium conference room for 55 people on the basis of the attendees of last year. So in the web page of the event there are 55 registrations available.
