<p class="MsoNormal">I will be writing this year’s NC-140 Accomplishments Report and I need your help to provide the appropriate information. I have attached the template that we have used for several years and it includes some examples of the types of information
we need. Please try to include information on the following topics.<o:p></o:p></p>
