[rimprona] RIMpro biofix info 2016-9

Dear RIMpro user,
 
The updated RIMpro-Biofix information with a few days delay.
The table is getting longer, as information is getting more complete.
For some regions the Biofix date is moved a few days ahead based on minimal spore ejection at the earliest ejection date, and very slow development of the crop.

If substantial new information comes in the coming days, next overview will be compiled and send on Thursday April 14st. Else it will be Tuesday 19th.
