[rimprona] RIMpro for fire blight

Hi Peter,

With this mail I send you a bulletin with some basic info on the background and use of the FB model that I did send around last year.
Further refinement and larger scale validation was planned, but not yet done.
Both in 2015 and now in 2016 we had cool weather during bloom in Europe, no FB occurrence in the field, so little ‘meat’ for an extended validation.
Work on the model is planned for the coming months and should be ready in september.
Than I will also update this use manual.
