[rimprona] RIMpro 2016 survey

Hi everyone, RIMpro supporting scientists/extension/developer/owner would
like to get some feedback on your use of RIMpro in 2016. Please complete

In particular, how/if you plan on using RIMpro in 2017 given the fact you
will have to pay for it in some way, shape or form. Feel free to give me (
jon.clements at umass.edu) any other feedback that is not suitable for the
survey (accolades and/or expletives???) and I will pass that info along to
the appropriate person(s).
