This caused the RIMpro Cloud service to be slow or down for three hours. We apologize for this inconvenience.<o:p></o:p></span></p><div><span lang="EN-GB"> </span><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">To solve the problem we have to install a new server version and adapt RIMpro to this new platform. This is a complex and tricky operation that we don’t like to do in the middle of the season.
