Golden Delicious was tested form three Central Jersey locations. They appear to still be at least three
weeks away from harvest maturity.

Golden Supreme was harvested with maturity indices that suited the fresh market on Monday (8/30) in
Pittstown, Hunterdon County. Golden Supreme is an early golden type that tends to ripen
approximately three weeks ahead of Golden Delicious.
