[Nc140] 2017 NC-140 Project Draft

Hi Mike,

I’ve just added NY as participant in the 2014 apple trial.
NY will also participate in 2017 Sweet and Tart cherry trials but I leave the details of these trials to the coordinators.

2018 Apple rootstock trial is also missing.
