Hi Mike: Illinois had pulled out of the Peach Physiology Trial because one of the varieties “Crimson Lady” did not make it past the first winter.
Did you get my e.mail and Dr. Gary Kling’s e.mail about a letter of support for my nomination to the JOHN CLYDE AND HENRIETTA DOWNEY SPITLER TEACHING AWARD?
I have no formal teaching appointment, but I have been teaching four courses and have served as the Hort. Club Advisor for more than 20 years…. … I have attached my student evaluations for my classes (based on scores of 5.00) and the number of courses and students that I have taught at U of I. My 2015 evaluations were for Hort. 362 “Tree Fruit Production” was 4.6; Hort. 363 “Postharvest Handling” was 4.6; and “Plant Propagation” was 4.5. Faculty are rated excellent by their students if they receive a score of 4.6 or above so I made the list several times and missed it by less than 0.1 a few others..
Thanks agai…
Mosbah

All:
Attached you will find a draft of the 2017 NC-140 project proposal that the committee has been working on for 4+ months. This was discussed in PA and approved, although revisions and corrections are still being made. Please take a look, especially at the "Methods" section beginning on page 6, for where your state should or should not be included. I will need all changes by COB on
Tuesday
, November 2
9
. For your reference, we have already had to submit the justification and objective sections so changes are not being made for these sections.
I apologize for the short turn around as I used an incorrect address earlier this week.
Mike
